The Gut Relief Reset

For people dealing with bloating, low energy, cravings, irregular digestion, and food confusion. Start building a more sustainable relationship with food today.

6 weeks
Structured weekly focus
Live cohort
Guidance and support
Awareness first
No rigid meal plans

This is not another wellness programme built around restriction, perfection, or generic rules. It is a partnership: part education, part guided observation, part practical reset.

The philosophy

Learn to read your body before trying to control it.

The programme begins with awareness because the body is already communicating through hunger, appetite, energy, digestion, mood, skin, sleep, cravings, and recovery.

Across six weeks, you will gradually remove common irritants, introduce supportive rituals, and reconnect with the signals that help you choose what, when, and how much to eat.

What often shifts

A calmer foundation for long-term wellbeing.

Digestion

Notice patterns in bloating, appetite, bowel movements, reflux, heaviness, and post-meal energy.

Energy

Understand how metabolism, meal rhythm, sleep, stress, and recovery influence your daily vitality.

Food Relationship

Move away from fear and willpower towards curiosity, trust, and more conscious nourishment.

Resilience

Build repeatable habits that support mood, skin, cravings, mental clarity, and long-term metabolic health.

The six-week journey

A gradual reset, one layer at a time.

01

Awareness

Understand metabolism, Agni, true hunger, emotional hunger, and the baseline signs your body is already giving you.

02

Foundation Reset

Reduce ultra-processed foods, read labels with confidence, and introduce warm, simple, supportive routines.

03

Deepening

Explore digestion, inflammation, and gentle therapeutic practices while reducing refined sugar and other common triggers.

04

Ayurvedic Lens

Learn the language of doshas, dhatus, digestive fire, and wellbeing beyond the absence of symptoms.

05

Reintroduction

Observe tolerance, bring selected foods back carefully, and support the body with movement and practical food combinations.

06

Integration

Review your baseline, identify what changed, and leave with a sustainable rhythm you can continue after the cohort.

What is included

Guidance, structure, and reflection without rigid perfectionism.

"Let this programme's mantra be awareness."

Questions

Before you join the reset.

Who is this programme for?

It is for people who feel uncomfortable or confused around digestion, energy, cravings, bloating, irregular appetite, or food choices, and want guided support to notice patterns and make sustainable changes.

Is this a strict diet or meal plan?

No. The programme is not built around perfection, calorie counting, or a generic meal plan. You will be guided through weekly observations, gradual changes, and practical food principles that help you understand your own body.

What happens during the six weeks?

Each week has a clear focus, starting with awareness and moving into label reading, reducing common irritants, supporting digestion, exploring Ayurveda-informed concepts, reintroduction, and long-term integration.

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda?

No previous knowledge is needed. Ayurvedic ideas are introduced gently and paired with modern nutrition concepts so you can use them practically, without needing to become an expert.

Can I join if I have a medical condition?

The programme is educational and supportive, not a replacement for medical care. If you are pregnant, lactating, post-partum, on medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, please mention this in the interest form so the team can advise on the most appropriate next step.

What happens after I register interest?

WFSN will review your form and follow up with cohort dates, pricing, eligibility notes, and next steps. If the programme is not the right fit, the team can suggest a more suitable route where possible.
